WHAT TO EXPECT
Microdosing 101 is a free, educational community talk designed for anyone who is curious about microdosing with psilocybin — whether you know nothing about it, have been quietly researching for months, or simply want to understand what all the conversation is about.
This is not a sales pitch. This is not advocacy. This is honest, clear, science-based information — presented by someone who has lived it and has dedicated her work to making this subject accessible and understandable for everyone.
In this session we will cover:
What microdosing actually is — and what it is not. No hype, no horror stories. Just a clear, accurate explanation of what sub-perceptual dosing means and how it differs from a full psychedelic experience.
The science — how psilocybin interacts with the brain, what neuroplasticity means and why it matters, and what the current research actually says about the potential benefits and risks.
Who is exploring this and why — the wide range of people turning to microdosing, from those managing mental health challenges to those seeking greater clarity, creativity, and presence in their daily lives.
The honest risks and contraindications — because this is not appropriate for everyone, and anyone exploring it deserves accurate safety information.
The legal landscape — where things currently stand legally, what decriminalization means, and how the law varies by location.
How to find reliable information — how to navigate the noise and find trustworthy sources if you want to learn more after tonight.
Your questions — there will be dedicated time for open Q&A. No question is too basic. No question is off limits. This is exactly the kind of conversation this space is designed for.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Psilocybin mushrooms remain a controlled substance in many jurisdictions. This event is purely educational in nature. Nothing shared in this session constitutes medical advice or encouragement of illegal activity. Attendees are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to their specific location.
